Referring to your letter of the 5th December last,
I have the honour to transmit to you, for the information of the Secretary
of State, a copy of the Agreement into which we have entered on behalf of
the Government of Hong Kong with Miss Miranda Mann on her appointment as
Head Mistress of the Girls' School.
A passage has been provided for Miss Mann in the steamship "London" sailing from ... to that Colony on the 11th instant.
