Taking the daily cost of each patient
I was
at 13 cents this being (I suppose the average would be taken) the yearly amount $31.10.0$ of exchange, and though at present I am not sure how far this is inclusive the sleeping and clothing arrangements are so simple as to cost practically nothing and a board and grass mat single coarse garment representing the respective requirements.
There is an English Nurse in charge at about $40 per month, but her services are utilised elsewhere when required.
And I presume at low rate, a Coolie as too, and a Clerk, who appears to be the steward
