Comments contained in this Memorandum with which I am disposed to agree.
The increased cost on public works in this Colony is no doubt deserving of every consideration, although in so far as particulars connected with it are concerned I did my best to furnish them when this Memorandum was laid on the table to which I do not think it is necessary that I should add anything further.
