I concur, if I think very thoroughly C. 8.4.167b. we should write home to Commission regarding plans & estimates for important public works of which the unofficial members complain. The four should also take into consideration the question of ways and means at an early date, otherwise we may give out, and something foolish may be done in a hurry.
