1. No difficulty as to the form of assenting to this Ord. was raised by W. Ackroyd 3 years ago & disposed of by desp. 1918/87-20.

2. This Ordinance does not appropriate any funds for the so-called Extraordinary Works (£438,000 to be met on Estimates) which are from the instruction "The Estimate from surplus Balance".
