Mr Hung Kamning appears to have been transferred from the post of 5th Clerk in the Harbour Dept: without receiving any pay, and as Chief Clerk of the latter now gets a rise from $730 to $864 I consider that Mr Hung Kam Ning may similarly be given a rise, notwithstanding the fact that the pay of his present post has been raised previously since 1875.
