Eight Enclosures.
Regarding the proposed widows and Orphans Fund, I beg to forward for your Lordship's kind consideration the enclosed testimonials relating to myself and my work while in the service of the Government.
The testimonials are from:
1. W. J. ... (illegible), Governor of Queensland, Captain & Harbour Shaolin, JFr S. Brewer, Government Pharmacist Furn.
2. Fr. H. E. Pollock, Barrister-at-Law, and others.
3. Dr J. Fleming, Head Master, Government Central School and Mr. W. M. B. Arthur, late Head Master, Diocesan Home and Orphanage.
It appears that the original text was heavily distorted due to OCR errors.
