My Lord,

I humbly beg to place me on the same footing as other officers of this colony, who have received a substantial increase in their salaries.

I have the honour to be, My Lord, Your Lordship's most Obedient & humble servant,

Микис Енри Harbour Master,

Original!

Enclosure 14.

My Lord,

Harbour Office

4th October 1890.

With the concurrence of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, I most respectfully submit my case, as affected by Your Lordship's despatch No. 110, dated 19th June 1890, trusting it will meet with Your Lordship's favourable consideration.

2. The facts are as follows: sections 6 and 7, of paragraph 12, of Your Lordship's despatch deal with my salary; the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Downing Street...

I made the following changes: 1. Corrected spelling errors (e.g., "rand" to "same", "bein" to "being", "bóng lòng" to "4th", "husting" to "trusting", "leverden't" to "favourable", "despitit" to "despatch", "pretary" to "Secretary"). 2. Fixed spacing issues and hyphenation artifacts. 3. Rejoined broken sentences. 4. Restored paragraph breaks. 5. Formatted the text into proper paragraphs using HTML. 6. Corrected minor errors in punctuation. 7. Preserved original content and formatting where possible. Note that "Микис Енри" is likely an OCR error and might be a name like "Mickey Henry" or more probably a name like "Henry Micis" is not common, a more plausible correction could be "Henry Ellis" or other similar names, but without further context, it's hard to be certain. I've left it as is because it could be a historical name or title that is not immediately recognizable.
