transmit the Accounts of Colonial Expenditure with the vouchers to London for Audit while auditing the Revenue Accounts locally, is a mistake which will render the entire system of Audit unreal and valueless for any practical purpose. I felt bound to treat this as a Government question and carry the vote accordingly.
