It is unnecessary to consider the question of fees mentioned in paragraph 10 of that one case; in the case of the Bailiff of the Supreme Court, it was desired to establish a claim on this ground, but as the office had been entirely reconstituted since 1875, I did not feel justified in acceding to the request.
Since then an Ordinance to establish a Widows' and Orphans' Fund has been passed.
