I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled to amend the Rating Ordinance, 1888
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
The principal object of this Ordinance is to punish persons who furnish false particulars under Section 4 of the Rating Ordinance 1888, by that section.
