Appraiser. In March last I was appointed Acting Clerk of Councils and acted as Chief Clerk in the Colonial Secretary's Office from the 15th of March to the 20th of October this year.
I would further state that I have passed the examinations in Chinese under the Hongkong Civil Service Examination Scheme. I enclose copy of certificate of the 6th and final examination under the higher standard.
