With reference to your Excellency's letter of the 6th of June, asking for information regarding the outbreak of Epidemic Influenza reported to have occurred in the Pei Yang Squadron while at anchor in Kowloon Bay, I have now the honour to enclose to you copy of a Report on this subject, which has been furnished to me.
