I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 22nd September, in which you inform me of the authority of the Registrar General, that the Church of the Immaculate Conception above Caine Road has not been licensed for the celebration of marriage under Ordinance 14 of 1875, and in which you suggest that it be licensed for such purposes as soon as possible.
