in directing the transfer from one side to the other I did not at the same time see that it appeared on the other side also, and that I over-worked the irregular manner of presenting the statement, which by the way in which the change was made ceases to be a balance sheet.
The conclusions at which His Lordship arrived upon an inspection of the sheet with regard to the state of the accounts for June and July are correct, and in future, the statement will be made out as directed in the despatch.

In the particular case which gave rise to the present question it appears that the husband on the 17th of May gave notice of the intended marriage to the Registrar General, as required by sec. 6 of the Ordinance.
