I annex a draft after speaking to Fairfield. As to what the lazaretto was intended for see GR1178/1922/32(III) 83 and the plans on 94 84. Apparently there was some accommodation for healthy as well as diseased passengers. It is curious that there seems to have been so little use for a quarantine Station at Hongkong.
