who Mr Brown understands is employed in the Department of the Secretary of State for Scotland, and whose brother, Mr. S. F. Berkeley, owes a sum of money to Mr. Mudie, one of the Engineers in the Public Works Department.
Your Lordship will observe that the enclosure referred to is a copy of a letter addressed direct to Mr. E.D. Berkeley some months ago, and which Mr. Brown fears may not have reached that gentleman.
