Doctor Ayres points out that under the arrangement proposed by the Crown Agents, there would only be four working nurses, a number which would be inadequate for the work to be done.

I trust, however, that with taste and management on the part of the Hospital authorities, things will be made as agreeable as possible for the Nurses on their arrival, and I have expressed such a wish to Dr Ayres.
