For Class B candidates must be over 17 and under 20 on the day of the competitive examination in 1925.
4. Candidates for a vacant post must send in their applications to the Colonial Secretary, together with (a) a Certificate of age, (b) a Certificate of health, and whatever certificates or testimonials to character they may possess.
5. No Candidate shall be allowed to compete unless he shall have previously satisfied the Colonial Secretary as to his eligibility in respect of age, health and character.
