are

mutually adverse to allowing brothels used by the one to be

frequented by the other, and that serious breaches of the peace would in all probability result from

throwing open the brothels to all

comers without distinction. I

cannot see that

any advantage could accrue from such action, which would probably lead to most unfortunate results.
