I have the honour to forward for your consideration the inclosed copy of a letter from the Surveyor General suggesting the advisability of the completion of the Admiralty Survey of a portion of the Harbour of Hongkong made in the years 1886 and 1887 by Commander Moore, R.N., of H.M.S. Rambler.
I shall be glad if you will be good enough to make any observations upon the subject contained therein.
