* Expenditure under authority of Ordinance to maintain drainage and Sanitary works, to which other minor works have been charged in 1889.

Condition for extension of Victoria Water works was approved by Council in June 1890.

$26,000 was spent in the estimated cost of Completing the distribution, $37,000 was expended between 31 Jan 1890 and 30 June 1890 according to plans prepared in 1889.
