law relating to Fraudulent
Marks on
Merchandise
("No. 15 of 1896") entitled "The
Merchandise Marks
Ordinance 1890."

embodies the suggestions for amending the law of
this
Colony
as
proposed in
Sir G. William Des Vœux's
despatch No.366 of the 18th
November, 1887, and approved
by Your Lordship's despatch of the 6th of February,
1888.
