I am directed by His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No. 2480 of the 19th instant, and to acquaint you, for the information of His Excellency the Major General Commanding, that the Officer Administering the Government does not see fit to insert a clause as suggested by your letter.
