checks should exist on
the expenditure of Public
money,
and this will

I have the assistance
of an
experienced
accountant
I anticipate with confidence
that the Public works
and
Praya Accounts
will then be kept to
the most
satisfactory state to
satisfy the requirements of the rigorous
audit
