B-ttam Launch Towing Certificate.
Kowloon, 18th Febry, 1890
This is to certify that the steam Launch "Ram" owned by Ahok Wong & Wong Rung authorized to enter Chinese waters at pleasure to wait at or near the Custom House stations at Capshimoon, Chanchow, Dio To Chow, Kowloon for the purpose of towing native craft, with merchandise or carrying passengers, to and from between the Island of King Fing about 1 mile to the Eastward of the Capshimoon Station.
The limits within which she is permitted to ply are:-
On the East a line drawn from the northernmost point of High Island to the nearest point of Ap Steep Island about 2 miles S. M. by E. of the Chang Chow Station,
On the West a line drawn from outside the Fado Chow Station, to the immediate vicinity of the Kowloon Station.
This certificate must be produced when passing any Customs station or when required by Customs officers.
It is not transferable and from the date of issue, it must be returned to Commissioner of Customs Kowloon, to be cancelled.

The Launch is not permitted hereby to land or ship merchandise and passengers, or otherwise contravene the Revenue Laws of China, will become liable to the penalties laid down.
