two above mentioned posts Mr Lister also held the
office of Collector of Stamps.
I certainly consider
it most undesirable that
the above mentioned offices
of Postmaster General and
Treasurer should

The Postal Department
in this Colony is
becoming of more
daily
importance,
while the work and the
responsibility connected with it are consequently increasing.
