Care should be taken that the Board is constituted in accordance with the Attorney General's opinion.
The Assistant Harbour Master when appointed on the Board must, I presume, draw the fee in accordance with the Ordinance and then pay it into the Treasury in accordance with the Secretary of State's instructions.
I doubt whether it is worth while to amend the Ordinance.
