I am directed by His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government to forward to you for your information the accompanying copies of certain Reports with enclosure from the Harbour Master of this Colony relative to the blockading of certain Junks, at anchor in the waters of this Colony by a Chinese Revenue Cruiser, and the subsequent boarding of the Junks by pinnace belonging to the Cruiser.
