In reply to your letter No.2180 of the 25th June, I have the honour to inform you that the Secretary of State's instructions – forwarded in letter No.7270, 10th of May 1889 – have been strictly carried out.
The issue of certificates of health to the women was discontinued from the date of receiving that letter.
