their note issue have been

deposited in charge of the Colonial Treasurer and

Colonial Secretary for the time being in whom, as Trustees, they

are vested

under a deed of charge

which has been duly

executed

the Bank, and

registered in the Land

Office.

The securities are

kept in a strong chest in

the Bank, secured by two different locks supplied by Government, of which the Colonial Treasurer holds

one key and the Colonial Secretary the other
