I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to amend The Hong Kong Code of Civil Procedure."
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance, passed at the suggestion of the Chief Justice, will preclude any future doubt as to the effect of a Mortgage (of the kind mentioned in Section 2) when...
