amend the law relating" to Infant Vaccination, and to provide for the registration of persons vaccinated in
"the Colony",

This Ordinance repeals Ordinance No 1 of 1888 and re-enacts the same with some alterations, which
are explained in the accompanying report by the Attorney General.

observe that subsection 2 of section 4 makes it lawful for the Governor to appoint an Inspector of Vaccination,
and that for this reason a suspending clause has been inserted in conformity with Article 22 subsection 3 of the Royal Instructions dated 19th January, 1888.
