In the event of the breach or non-performance by the said Francis Alfred Cooper of any of the terms and conditions herein contained it shall be lawful for His Excellency the Governor to cancel this agreement and estreat the bond to be entered into by the said Francis Alfred Cooper.
14.
This agreement shall be subject to the approval of Her Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies.
