With reference to your letter No. 45 of yesterday's date relative to the privileges of the Head Master of the Government Central School, I have the honour by direction of the Governor to request you to refrain from any opposition to His Excellency's direction that Mr. Wright may communicate direct with the Colonial Secretary.
I am to add that the Annual Examination and Inspection of the Central School by you will be in no way interfered with.
