Head Master, suspicion might be aroused that he would naturally be anxious to favour his own institution. The question, as I have already informed Your Lordship, was submitted by me to the Executive Council, which was of opinion that sufficient reason had been shown by the Head Master for a change in the present system. With this conclusion I am, on the whole, inclined to agree.

The Head Master of the College, Mr. Wright, is now on leave of absence and he informed me, before his departure, that should Your Lordship desire to obtain from him any information in connection with the subject, he would be happy to afford it.
