contention can stand, and the education
at the Victoria College

does not seem so advanced to make it
desirable to remove the school from the
Supervision of the Inspector. The last paid graft of M. Wright's letter though, when the head master colony, the Inspector does not interfere in the examinations. M. Fleming states that the two officers conduct them jointly
