With regard to the overdrafts which The Bank Manager takes credit to himself for having kindly allowed the Govt., it must be remembered (vide 1590%) that in all such cases the Bank charges 6 per cent on the amount overdrafted!
I submit a telegram adhering to the decisive directions given that the Fund be divided between the Banks.
