For the reasons given in par. 5 of Foreign A & L.(X)-572-6000-10-50, I think we ought to adhere to the order and not to dividing the balances, dealing with the current balance (probably at least $100,000 still) and $266,000 makes the total balances considerably exceed the authorized limit $200,000, and all of it is on one Bank.
The best argument may be that this large balance in this Bank may last us for this short time longer. Telegram Refining bit of ap 21 Am.
