prejudice to the other stipulations of the Agreement, some provision could be made in the Agreement, giving the Government optional power to cancel the Agreement in case the Headmistress marries, and binding the Headmistress, in case of her wishing to marry, to give six months' previous notice; it might be well from an educational point of view, but there may be other considerations militating against such a provision.

The School, which has at present holidays, is expected to re-open on Monday next with an enrolment of about forty children. I will report the exact number early next week.
