Engineer for Mr Quill, the Assistant Mr. Chadwick, arrived on the 13th ultimo, but the Assistant Engineer referred to in my telegram of the 10th instant is the Officer asked for in Sir William Des Voeux's despatch 4°234 of the 27th of February last. The appointment is also included in W. Brown's revised reorganisation scheme C
