Incorporation of the Procureur Général in Hongkong of the Society of Missions Étrangères
The object of the Ordinance is to afford greater facilities to the Missions to acquire and deal with property in this Colony.

I enclose the certificate required by Article XXIII of the Royal Instructions dated 19th January, 1888, shewing that the prescribed formalities as to publication previous to introduction into the Legislature, have been complied with.
The usual report by the Attorney General is annexed.
