I have now to submit for Your Lordship's consideration the scheme proposed by the Superintendent of the Civil Hospital, with the approval of the Colonial Surgeon, for the future performance of the nursing work of the Hospital.
Your Lordship will observe that it is proposed that six trained Female Nurses should be obtained from England, of whom one would be the Head Nurse having charge of the others. The salaries proposed are $60 to $80 per mensem.
