procurable respecting regulations affecting British Commercial Travellers in this Colony, or the introduction of Travellers patterns and samples, might be forwarded to the Board of Trade, and to inform you that I am advised by the Acting Attorney General as also by the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, from whom I asked for any information on the subject, that there are no regulations of such nature in force in this Colony.
