13. This I submit is a great hardship if not an act of injustice - towards me. I had fully examined the leave which I took and the original period of leave granted Portix games Russel and for which, M. Wise had been appointed to the acting office, having expired. Mitchell Innes who arrived in Hongkong as a caret appointment of Registrar has been called to succeed Captain Deane.
