As far as I am able to judge personally, I concur in the above opinions, and I have therefore to request that, should the proposal meet with Your Lordship's approval, you be good enough to move the Lords of the Treasury to sanction the issue, and give the necessary instructions to the Crown Agents for the supply of the Coins.
I enclose a design in duplicate prepared by the Colonial Treasurer for these coins, together with a memorandum, in which Mr Lister draws attention to certain points which he considers of special importance.
Your Lordship will observe that care has been taken to conform with the requirements of Her Majesty's proclamation above referred to.
