then actually in use, but also with any
new stamps which
might from time to
time be printed,
or with any alterations which might be made
in current issues.
It does not appear however that
anything has been received from
the Colony under your control since the date
of the reply to the above Circular, and
I should be obliged therefore if you would be good enough to furnish
me with specimens of any such stamps
which have been or may be issued since the year 1890, and I should be glad if this course could also be followed in the case of any future issues.
