I have the honour to inform you that it is desired to obtain, for record in this Dept, as complete a Collection as possible of Colonial Postage & Revenue stamps, Post Cards, Embossed Envelopes, & Newspaper wrappers. I should therefore be obliged if you would supply for the purpose the stamps now in use in the Colony under your control, and any new stamps which may from time to time be issued.
