The Leg Council at present consists of six officials: The Col. Secretary, Treasurer, & with W. Deane, General, Attorney W. Brown & M. Lockhart (the last leave than not get taken his seat) and five unofficials.
The Governor proposes to add two officials & two unofficials; in order to put in the Harbour Master (Capt. Rumsey) and I presume, M. Wodehouse.
