Samuel Russell was Chairman, but also by the Secretary my superior, but as I left the Colony before the local Government was in possession of your Lordship's decision I am still ignorant as to whether Your Lordship has approved or disapproved of my application to be allowed to count any additional time in the computation for pension over and above the five years hitherto prescribed and it is on this point I now respectfully ask to be enlightened.
